Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue suitable order to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for enjoying his land comprised in Patta No.759 and 1948 in Keelakudalur Village in Uthamapalayam Taluk in Theni District as per the order of this Court made in C.R.P.No.259/2014, date 01.08.2014 by disposing his representation dated 05.02.2015. This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue suitable order to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for enjoying his land comprised in Patta No.759 and 1948 in Keelakudalur Village in Uthamapalayam Taluk in Theni District as per the order of this Court made in C.R.P.No.259/2014, date 01.08.2014 by disposing his representation dated 05.02.2015.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Though the petitioner sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation given by him on 05.02.2015 may be considered.
Considering the above said submission, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to look into the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2015 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court about the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4989 of 2014, dated 01.12.2014, which is also enclosed in the typed set filed. The order passed by this Court is not on merits. Therefore, the said order is clarified accordingly. While taking note of the said order the 2nd Respondent will have to take into consideration of the case of the respondents 3 to 6 as well as the earlier order passed by the Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4989 of 2014, dated 01.12.2014.
