Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The subject matter of the writ petition pertains to the period 14.02.2015 to 13.02.2018. The said period has already been expired. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. But, it is made clear that the closure of this writ petition on the ground that it has become infructuous, will not be taken advantage of, by the fifth respondent and that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order also not put against the writ petitioner.

3. With these observations, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
