ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.Since the authorities proposed to construct an Anganwadi Centre in the petition-mentioned water body, the present writ petition came to be filed. This Court granted an order of injunction. Thereupon, the respondents had decided to drop the proposal to put up the construction in the water body. An alternative place has been located.
3.Recording the undertaking of the respondents that no construction will come up in the water body, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
