This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender to comply with the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5115 of 2021, dated 19.04.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side). 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
