W.P.(MD)No.12109 of 2019 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. 3.Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation dated 12.05.2019, after issuing notice to all the rival parties and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties and pass order, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
