ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused No. Rank Not Known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, in Crime No. Not Known of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.9768 of 2020 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report. Till then, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioners.
