O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/2nd respondent in the Writ Petition for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court in WP(MD).No.723 of 2023 dated 11-01-2023.

2. This Court passed an order in W.P(MD).No.723 of 2023, dated 11.01.2023, directing the second respondent to implement the order passed in D.O.No.341/2022 C.No.B2/6255/2022, dated 05.08.2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Since the second respondent failed to comply the above condition imposed by this Court, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has complied the order by depositing Rs.3,19,724/- to the petitioner through his Bank account No.10828837240 on 16.06.2023, vide order dated 22.06.2023. Hence, the second respondent has complied the order, dated 11.01.2023 made in W.P(MD).No.723 of

2023.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
