PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records connected with the detention order passed in No.26/BCDFGISSSV/2022 dated 23.05.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu by name Ramkumar, son of Muthukumar, aged about 22 years, now detained as "Goonda" at the Central Prison, Madurai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detention order, passed in No.26/BCDFGISSSV/2022 dated 23.05.2022 by the second respondent, has been revoked by the Advisory Board vide G.O.Rt.No.4114, dated 05.07.2022, hence, nothing survives in this petition.
