ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to R1 to R3 forthwith to restore the electricity service connection for the petitioner's bearing EB service No.478-013-2013.
2. The petitioner was sanctioned with the free agriculture service connection and he had filed a suit in O.S.No.294 of 2023 for declaration and he had filed a writ petition in W.P(MD)No.7076 of 2024 challenging the order directing the petitioner to shift the electric poles and metres under DCW scheme and this Court vide order dated 21.03.2024 directed the petitioner to file an interlocutory application and till the disposal of the said application, the respondent No.3 was directed not to take any coercive steps for shifting the electrical poles. This Court had further directed the trial Court to dispose the IA filed by the petitioner on or before 2/5

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that since the petitioner not having obtained an interim order, the third respondent disconnected the power supply.
4. The petitioner submitted a representation seeking restoration of the electricity service connection.
5. Learned Standing counsel for R1 to R3 submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
6. The said submission is taken on record.
7. This Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 28.03.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
8. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the affidavit mistakenly the third respondent was mentioned as 'Executive Engineer' instead of 'Assistant Executive Engineer' and seeks modification. The said submission is accepted and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
