The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey based on the petitioner's applications, dated 06.12.2024, 19.02.2025 and representation, dated 18.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the limited relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey based on the petitioner's applications, dated 06.12.2024 and 19.02.2025 and representation, dated 18.03.2025, and dispose of the same, after giving advance notice to the petitioner and adjoining land owners and if there are objections from the adjoining land owners, the same shall be considered first and disposed of, before the 1st respondent takes the decision to proceed with the survey. If required, the 1st respondent shall take the assistance of the jurisdictional police 2/4

officials by giving advance intimation to the 3rd respondent. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
