RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for compliance of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court on 13.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7271 of 2020 and pass such other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties and to deposit the amount imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7271 of 2020, dated 24.07.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties and for depositing the amount is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
