Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records of FIR in Crime No.32 of 2020, on the file of the Respondent No.1 police station and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash Crime No.32 of 2020, on the file of the Respondent No.1.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this is a case and counter case registered in Crime Nos.32 and 33 of 2021 against both the parties and in respect of both the complaints, investigation is completed and Final Report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheran Mahadevi, on 24.02.2021 and the same is yet to be taken on file. Totally 11 witnesses have been examined. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that Final Report has already been presented before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further direction in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
