RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on Petitioner made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.7998/2020 dated 25.08.2020 and thus render Justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner by order dated 25.08.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner should stay at Madurai and report before the Anna Nagar Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Seeking to modify the condition, the present petition has been filed. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a coolie worker and due to pandemic Covid-19, he is not in a position for arranging the accommodation and stay at Madurai and has not complied with the condition and he prayed to modify the said condition.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court only one day.

CRL MP(MD) No.4581 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7998 of 2020, dated 25.08.2020, hereby, modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Thoothukudi and report before the Thoothukudi Taluk South Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
