Pleased to set aside the judgment and decree dated 31.10.2019 passed in MCOP No.984 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Chief Judicial Magistrate Court), Madurai. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SUDALAIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.KUMARAVEL, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant.
2.The learned counsel for the Appellant would submit that due to financial condition of the petitioners, they are unable to comply https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CMP(MD) No.5844 of 2021 with the orders of this Court and seeks six weeks further time to comply with the order.
3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection to give four weeks time for depositing the amount. 4.Considering the rival contentions of both the parties and the reasons assigned by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant four weeks time in complying with the order passed in CMP(MD)No.3813 of 2021 in CMA(MD)No.421 of 2021, dated 20.04.2021, from the date of receipt of this order.
