This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.268 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.13597 of 2020 and 1212 of 2022, dated 27.08.2024, has already quashed the case in C.C.No.268 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

3.It can be seen that in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.13597 of 2020 and 1212 of 2022, dated 27.08.2024, by recording detailed reasons with reference to compromise, the case in C.C.No.268 of 2021 was quashed. On the said day, even though this petition was connected with the above said criminal original petitions, however was not listed. As such, today it is 2/4

listed. For the same reasons mentioned in the Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.13597 of 2020 and 1212 of 2022, dated 27.08.2024, the present criminal original petition also stands allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
