Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VEILKANI RAJU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.6170 of 2020. 2.The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner could not comply with the condition imposed by this Court. He seeks two more months to comply with the said condition.
