O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.C/2730/2015 dated 08.06.2015 and to consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue a copy of the Moo.Mu.24304/2011 dated 19.07.2011 passed by the 1st respondent to the petitioner and to conduct a fresh enquiry by giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner.

2. After elaborate argument and discussion, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the competent Civil Court for appropriate remedy and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
