ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose the petition, dated 07.12.2010, filed under Right to Information Act, 2005. 2.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the said application filed as early as on 07.12.2010 seeking for certain informations, has not been considered so far. 3.

Needless to say that if the information is not furnished within the time stipulated in the abovesaid Act, appropriate remedy is available to the petitioners before the authority as provided under the Act. writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioners to resort to remedy available under Right to Information Act. No costs.
