This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the records of the F.I.R. in Crime No.184 of 2021 of Karambakudi Police Station, Pudukottai District and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tirunelveli, in C.C.No.769 of 2022.
