Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner and his father/Samuthiram suffered an order at the hands of the second respondent on 21.01.2017. Aggrieved by the same, they filed a review petition before the first respondent in the year 2018. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the till date the review petition has not been disposed of. A copy of the enquiry notice dated 28.02.2018 has been enclosed in the typed set of papers. W.P(MD)No.11549 of 2022 3.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned review petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The contesting parties will have to be necessarily heard before passing the final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The only direction that has now been given is speedy and time bound disposal of the petition review petition.
