Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to constitute the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) in terms of Regulation No.4(i) of the AICTE (Redressal of Grievance of Faculty/Staff Member) Regulations 2021 for disbursement of arrears of salary and other pending dues eligible to the petitioner in the light of proposal communicated by the first respondent to the fourth respondent by his proceedings dated 13.01.2023 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2023 within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The only request made by the petitioner is that the Grievance Rederessal Committee in terms of AICTE must be constituted. 2/4

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the college management submitted that the Grievance Redressal Committee will be constituted within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
