O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue Non-traceable Certificate for the petitioner's sale deed documents on the basis of the complaints dated 11.04.2023 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent for missing of his original sale deed documents bearing No.615 and 619 of 1960 dated 10.04.1960, which was situated at Pasumpon Village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. He would further submit that the petitioner has also made paper publication on 29.03.2023 with regard to the missing of original documents.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring the said documents have not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police and complete the same within a period of three months from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
