Ref: High Court's Order dated 19/11/2021 in CRL RC(MD). No.531 of 2020 ----------------------------- The Hon'ble High Court, while hearing the CRL RC(MD). No.531 of 2020 has passed an order as below:

"When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court, by an order dated 23.09.2020. The petitioner has no locus standi to proceed further.

2.At request of the learned counsel for the respondent, post the matter for filing proof for deposit of amount on 01.12.2021.

3.The Registry is directed to address the concerned Judicial Magistrate regarding the deposit, if there is any." As directed, you namely the THE JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE. NO.II, KULITHALAI is hereby required to submit your report as stated supra, to this Registry on or before 30/11/2021 as the matter stands posted on 01/12/2021.
