DECREE : This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, in the presence of Mr.N.Krishnaveni, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.V.K.Vijayaraghavan, Advocate for the Respondents and the parties herein having settled their differences and entered into a compromise between themselves through mediation and the respective counsels having filed a terms of compromise requesting the court to pass a Decree in terms of compromise duly signed by the said parties, as well as their Advocates on either side and upon perusing, this Court while recording the terms of compromise thereof, doth order and decree as follows:-

1) That the Appellant/Plaintiff is not claiming any right in the suit property and the Respondents ar ein exclusive possession and enjoyment of the same as absolute owner of it.

2) That the Appellant/Plaintiff handed over the sale deed to the custody of the Respondents herein.
