ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that pursuant to the representation given by the writ petitioner and others dated 13.05.2019, the respondent Police conducted a peace committee meeting and by consent of all the parties, the festival of Arulmighu Chellathamman Kovil, Veerapandi Village, Thirumal Nagar, Madurai, was peacefully conducted and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

2.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
