ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.2208 of 2017 dated 28.11.2017 on the file of the respondent police station.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case charge sheet has been filed by the respondent Police in No.5107 of 2023, dated 20.06.2023 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
