ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. Perusal of the records, this Court finds that after referring the matter to Mediation, the petitioner has not co-operated with the mediation proceedings and also not come forward to argue the matter. On 01.08.2022, this Court by its order had directed to petitioner to argue the matter on 11.08.2022, or else the matter will be dismissed. However, even today, the petitioner seeks time.
