The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, a case in Crime No.184 of 2023 has been registered under the women missing caption, dated 19.04.2023. Further, he would submit that it is the case of elopement between the son of the first and second petitioners and the daughter of the fourth respondent herein. Now search has been made by the third respondent herein to locate them. Pending the above said enquiry, to know the whereabouts of above the said persons only, enquiry has been undertaken, except that no harassment is made to the petitioners.

3. The petitioners are directed to share the information that is available with him to the third respondent herein regarding the whereabouts of the above said persons, if it is known to them. Even though it has been stated that only on the basis of the information given by the third respondent, the above said elopement came to the knowledge, now whatever it may be, there is no harassment at the hands of the third respondent, except calling the petitioner for enquiry to find out the whereabouts of the above said persons. The mobile phone which has been seized by the third respondent Police shall be returned to the petitioner, but however, watch may be made with regard to the call.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
