ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the sole accused in Crime No. 155 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police seeking to quash the F.I.R wherein he is alleged to have committed the offence under Sections 279 and 337 of I.P.C.

2.Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the F.I.R. Today, the defacto complainant is present in person and she acknowledges the fact that she had agreed for quashing of the F.I.R. 3.In view of the above said facts, the F.I.R in Crime No.155 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police stands quashed.
