ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file the Final Report under section 173 of Cr.P.C before the learned Jurisdiction Magistrate Court within a stipulated period of time frame in Crime No.18 of 2020, dated 17.12.2020, on the file of the respondent.

2.The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.18 of 2020, which has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 IPC, on 17.12.2020. The grievance of the petitioner is that because of the pendency of the case, he lost his job as well as reputation. The case was registered on 17.12.2020, even then there is no progress in investigation. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far four witnesses have been examined. He seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file Final Report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
