O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner to carry out his business 24 cross 7 hassle-free without any interruption in light of the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have not harassed the petitioner. Only to prevent the unlawful activity done by somebody during the night hours, near the shop of the petitioner, they advised the petitioner to close shop after 11.00 p.m. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him. However, they will consider the representation of the petitioner and act in accordance with law.

3.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, this Court hereby directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation and act as per the order issued 2/4

by the Government in this regard, while considering the representation of the petitioner.

4.With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of.
