VGA Order This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 187 days in filing the review application.

2.Insofar as the review application is concerned, there cannot be such an inordinate delay. The delay, which the petitioner is seeking to condone, i.e. 187 days, which in the considered view of this Court, is an inordinate delay. The petitioner could have very well chosen to file an appeal as against the order, which is the subject matter of this review application. Being a review application, the petitioner ought to have been vigilant in filing the same on time.

3.Since no proper reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is not condoning the delay. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, un-numbered Review Application stands rejected.
