ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that 31.05.2019, the impugned order of suspension was revoked and the petitioner was allowed to retire from service on 31.05.2019 on attaining the age of superannuation, subject to the outcome of the departmental disciplinary proceedings. 2.Under these circumstances, the respondent is bound to dispose of the disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
