Heard the learned counsel on either side.

W.P(MD)No.11418 of 2022 2.The issue concerns the celebration of the petition mentioned temple festival. The petitioner represents B group. The fifth respondent represents A group. Though strictly speaking this writ petition is not maintainable, since there is consensus between the parties, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition in the following terms:- "(i) The A group led by the fifth respondent shall celebrate the temple festival from 27.06.2022 to 01.07.2022.

(ii) The B group led by the petitioner shall celebrate the temple festival from 04.07.2022 to 08.07.2022.

(iii) The official respondents are directed to extend their cooperation for peaceful conduct of both the events.
