Respondents Prayer: This Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of CPC against the judgment and decree dated 08.10.2010 made in A.S.No.131/2009 passed by the Principal Sub Judge, Trichirappalli, confirming the Judgment and Decree passed by the District Munsif, Thuraiyur in O.S.No.149 of 2000 dated 10.07.2009.
