O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's husband by name Vivek, aged about 27 years, is not living with the petitioner and he has been illegally detained by somebody, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. On 06.09.2021, the detenu was secured and produced before this Court and on enquiry, he has stated that due to some matrimonial dispute, he left the matrimonial home. Earlier, this Court referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and Mrs.Jesi Jeeva Priya, learned counsel has been appointed as Mediator.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is stated that the Mediation failed, and the detenu is present before this Court and on enquiry, he has stated that he is not willing to live with the petitioner.
4. Considering the fact that the detenu is not illegally detained as alleged by the petitioner and due to matrimonial dispute, he is living separately, no further adjucation is required in this matter. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. The service rendered by the Mediator is recorded with appreciation.
