Though the petitioner has sought for a Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to enquire into the petitioner's revision dated 10.11.2025 and to conduct enquiry for the irregularities committed in the petitioner's village panchayat and thereby take action against the 2/4

respondent Nos.2 to 7 herein in accordance with law, today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner who appeared in person would submit that it is suffice if the revision dated 10.11.2025 filed by the petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the 1st respondent expeditiously.

Recording the above submission, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the revision dated 10.11.2025 filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
