O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to survey and dispose of the petitioner's application for survey dated 03.04.2025.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

3.The petitioner has made an application for survey based on Patta No.1153, standing in the individual name of the petitioner. The petitioner has also paid necessary fee for availability of police personnel for the purpose of protection. The petitioner only seeks survey application to be disposed of, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application dated 2/5

03.04.2025, after giving advance intimation to the third respondent who shall ensure availability of sufficient police personnel on the proposed date of survey, to ensure there is no breach of law and order. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
