(i) that the concurrent judgment and decree passed by the subordinate court, Sivagangai made in Appeal Suit No.95 of 2012, dated 14.02.2014 confirming of Judgment and Decree the District Munsif Court, Sivagangai in Original suit No.139 of 2008 dated 25.07.2012 be and hereby are confirmed that this Second Appeal is dismissed.
