: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the first respondent in A104/2019, dated 5.1.2019 and quash the same as illegal.

For Petitioner :Mr.S.M.A.Jinnah For Respondents :Mr.K.Samidurai 1 to 3 O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU.,J.] The order of deputation deputing the Petitioner to District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate on administrative grounds, is put to challenge before this Court.

2.We have perused the grounds raised in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition challenging the order of deputation. We find that none of the grounds are legally sustainable, that too, challenging the order of deputation. Needless to say that these kind https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of orders passed on administrative grounds cannot be interfered with, more particularly, when the rights of the Petitioner in service is not affected in any manner. Therefore, We find that the present challenge is not entertainable.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner has already joined in the place to which he was deputed.
