ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.06.2018, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302 IPC, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner is said to have done the death of 16 years old Mentally retarded son. The de facto complainant is none other than the petitioner's wife. Now, the petitioner's wife wants to change her stand. This shows that the petitioner would tamper the witness. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
