Order: This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court, and material papers relating to the case and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SELVAM, Advocate for the appellants and MR.M.SANKAR, Advocate for the respondents herein, this Court doth decree and order as follows:

1.That the judgment and decree dated 10.09.2015 passed by the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli on AS.30/2014 reversing the judgment and decree dated 16.04.2014 made in OS.73/2010 on the file of the SubJudge, Ambasamudram, be and hereby are confirmed and the Second Appeal stands dismissed.
