The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner died on 04.09.2019. However, even before the death of the petitioner, he was dismissed from service on 31.07.2019. 2.This being the factum, the legal heirs are at liberty to approach the respondents, if any dues are to be paid in respect of the workman concerned.
