To set aside the order dated 10.06.2021 passed in EP No.134 of 2018 in Ar.OP No.336/9/2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge of Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- On 26.07.2021, this Court has granted an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs before the Principal District Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoi, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. It is also mentioned in that order that if the petitioner failed to deposit the said amount, the order of stay shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

2. As per the above said order, four weeks ended today. The petitioner has not complied with the order and therefore, the order of stay granted on 26.07.2021 is automatically dismissed and further, the petitioner has not even filed extension petition till date.

3. Post the main petition on 16.09.2021.
