ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the lower appellate Court has acquitted the petitioner; hence, the present Criminal Revision Petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Mr. P. Kottaisamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, has also acceded to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the subsequent developments that occurred during the pendency of the revision petition, the revision petition has become infructuous and it is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
