ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to issue direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action as against the respondent Nos.3 to 6 based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2023 made to the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. On 27.09.2023, this Court passed the following order: Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Vigilance Department initially made a factual verification and they propose to conduct a detailed enquiry. He further submits that a petition under Section 17(a) has also been submitted before the concerned authority and hence, he seeks further time.
2.List this case after two weeks.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that a detailed Page No.2/9
enquiry in No.DE 10/2024/ADW/MU has been initiated and also produced the proceedings dated 04.03.2024, before this Court, which is as follows: Page No.3/9

4. In view of the above proceedings of the first respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of with the following direction: (i)The Director, Vigilance and Anti Corruption Department, is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
