PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to de-freeze petitioner bank Account no. 50100495971401 maintain in Anna Nagar Branch, Madurai and further if necessary direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue appropriate instruction to the 4th respondent herein to de freeze the account, within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks to defreeze the account.
3. According to the respondents, there was a transaction with the petitioner's account with another person, who is in Kerala. Kerala account holder is the purchaser. The petitioner has sold the flowers to 2/5
the Kerala account holder. When the Kerala account holder's account was freezed, automaticaly the petitioner's account was also freezed. Aggrieved over the same, the said purchaser had filed WP(C)No.31094 of 2024 before the Kerala High Court at Ernakulam and the Kerala High Court vide order dated 15th October 2024 (Aysha Noushad V. Union of India) has defreezed The account.
4. In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's claim in the light of the order dated 15.10.2024 passed by the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam , in WP(C)No.31094 of 2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 19.02.2026 LS 3/5
