O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to strictly instruct the second respondent police for not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that there is no petition / no complaint pending against the petitioner.

3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) is record.

4.In the said circumstances, in the absence of any complaint against this petitioner, the respondent shall not call the petitioner for enquiry. Accordingly, the question of harassment does not arise.
