This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in a case in Crime No.14/2025 on the file of the second respondent and file a final report before the Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they already completed the investigation and filed Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the respondents 3 to 5, is inclined to pass orders. Page No. 2 of 4

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the second respondent to file Final Report and the second respondent already filed Final Report, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

5. In view of the above, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
