ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to make necessary entry in Land Survey Register by entering the petitioner name (M.Sahila Banu, W/o.Mohamed Aliar) in S.No.3739, Tuticorin Town Ward No.18 to the extent of 10.266 cents covered by document No.1867/2001 dated 04.12.2001, on the basis of her representation dated 05.05.2015.
2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent and Mrs.Saje Bina, takes notice for the second respondent.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the first respondent, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.05.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
